Office Administrator & HR | Maternity Leave Contract

About the Role

5 Days, Monday–Friday | Typical Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm | Hours can be negotiable Full-time salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Super 8-Month contract commencing August 2026 | Ongoing potential

Location: Due to requirements of the role, you are required to be on-site at our Mitcham office

This role is integral to the smooth day-to-day running of our office, supporting both our senior leadership team and broader operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and the wider team
• Prepare, review, and format correspondence, reports, and internal documents
• Maintain accurate records and databases with a high level of attention to detail
• Manage and coordinate HR functions including employment contracts, award compliance, staff guidance, and formal performance management correspondence
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Handle confidential information professionally and securely at all times
• Assist with event coordination and internal scheduling
• Provide backup support to the Operations Assistant, including client communication, stock control, and dispatch

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated administrative experience in a busy office environment
• Demonstrated HR experience in a busy office environment 
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
• Proficiency in Google Suite, with strong experience with Google Sheets skills in particular
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive HR and personnel matters with professionalism and discretion
• Police Check required
