Account Manager/Sales Coordinator

You'll be joining a fast-growing international fintech that provides flexible funding solutions to SMEs. Launched in Australia and now expanded across APAC and Europe, the business has funded more than $1.5B in loans and continues to scale.

What you'll do:

• Reconnect with existing leads through high-volume outbound calls and consistent follow-up to keep deals moving.
• Work through structured daily task lists with pace and discipline, making sure no lead is missed.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date by logging calls, tracking progress, and maintaining clean pipeline visibility in real time.
• Follow through on open opportunities so leads do not go cold or get left unattended.
• Support the sales leader with follow-ups and operational tasks that keep the sales engine running smoothly.
• Spend a large part of your day in repeatable phone, admin, and CRM work rather than broad relationship management.

You'll likely enjoy this role if you're early in your career, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by structure, pace, and follow-through.

Must-haves:

• Experience with high-volume outbound calling or other phone-heavy communication work.
• Strong discipline working through task lists, workflows, or other structured daily activity.
• Clear, confident spoken and written English.
• A reliable follow-through mindset — you finish tasks, stay organised, and do not let leads slip.

• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar platform.
• Good data entry accuracy and CRM hygiene.
• Confidence writing follow-up messages by email or SMS.
• 0-3 years of experience in a sales support, outbound, contact centre, or other high-volume service environment.
• Experience in an SME or growing business with structured sales operations.

• A genuine entry point into sales if you're willing to build your skills through volume, repetition, and strong habits.
• Exposure to a business that is scaling internationally across APAC and Europe.
