Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and experienced 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher to join our established centre in Truganina. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, reflective and relational Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children with diverse learning and behavioural needs.

You will join our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program in Room 6, working alongside a supportive team to create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

We are particularly looking for an educator who is confident supporting children with additional behavioural needs, building strong relationships with families and working collaboratively with educators to develop positive strategies that support children's wellbeing, learning and development.

The Opportunity

As our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality, play-based funded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program
• Develop and implement an engaging curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Aspire's Connect, Learn, Grow framework
• Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported
• Provide confident and consistent support for children with behavioural and additional needs
• Develop positive behaviour guidance strategies that support children's individual needs
• Build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and their families
• Work closely with families to understand children's needs and provide consistent support
• Work collaboratively with educators and Centre Leadership to support children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
• Maintain strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards and documentation requirements
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
• Work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 9:30pm, as required by the centre

About You

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who has:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Current VIT registration (provisional or full) – essential
• 2 years' proven experience working as a Kindergarten Teacher
• Experience delivering funded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten programs
• Strong experience supporting children with behavioural and additional needs
• Confidence implementing positive behaviour guidance strategies
• A strong understanding of children's individual needs and development
• Strong curriculum knowledge and compliance awareness
• A confident, calm, reflective and relational teaching style
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to build strong and respectful partnerships with families
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• A team-focused approach and willingness to collaborate with educators and Centre Leadership
• Flexible availability across the required rotating roster
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
