We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Waitstaff / Food Runners to join our team across our venues in Earlwood and Bardwell Park.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting our restaurant service by running food from the kitchen to tables, clearing and resetting tables, and helping maintain a clean and organised dining area.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain or expand their hospitality experience. Team members who demonstrate strong customer service skills, reliability and initiative may also have the opportunity to be trained across other areas of the operation, including tills, coffee making, bar service and the kitchen pass.

• Running food from the kitchen to tables accurately and efficiently.

• Clearing and resetting tables throughout service.

• Ensuring tables and dining areas remain clean, organised and presentable.

• Assisting the waitstaff and wider restaurant team during busy service periods.

• Communicating effectively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams.

• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.

• Providing friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests.

• Supporting general restaurant duties as required to ensure a smooth service.

• Previous hospitality or waitstaff experience is highly regarded but not essential.

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

• Valid RSA Certificate (essential).

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak seasonal periods such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team across different service areas.

• We pay in line with the Registered & Licensed Clubs Award 2020, Level 3 Casual classification, plus applicable penalty rates.

• Variety in your role, working across Restaurant, Bistro, Bar, and Coffee Service.
