Position: ServiceNow Admin (ITOM)Location: MelbourneContract: 6+ Months and Extendable
Must Have Skills: Evaluation of customer requirements & developments and conducting and anchoringproject related workshops meetings with customerNice to Have Skills: Should have handled Implementations, Upgrades, Roll outs projects. Should be able to work independently and work with a cross-functional Environment
Detailed Job Description :  Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow ITOM initiatives. Conduct workshops with infrastructure, cloud, network, application, and operations teams tounderstand current-state processes and challenges. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for ITOM modulesincluding Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Define CMDB data model, CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules alignedwith CSDM. Work with architects and technical teams to design scalable ITOM solutions and integrationrequirements.
