About the role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer focused barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high quality coffee and beverages in a fast paced environment. You will also be providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Preparing high quality coffee and beverages with speed and consistency
Confidently operating espresso machine and grinders
Manage high volume coffee orders during peak periods
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station at all times
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Skills and experience
Minimum 2 years barista experience
Strong milk texture and latte art skills
Calm under pressure with a strong work ethic and able to work in a high volume cafe environment
