We are looking for a HR Officer to join our team in Perth. You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to deliver high-quality services across the employee lifecycle and the general business. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll facilitate payroll processing, onboarding of employees, HR administration and the continuous improvement of our operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Preparing employment contracts, variations, and related documentation

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes

• Coordinating probation reviews and employment changes

• Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS

• Processing of fortnightly payroll for Australia & Europe. Reviewing payroll reports and data to ensure accuracy

• Ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data and employment changes

• Supporting payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance with awards, legislation, and internal controls

• Contributing to process improvements that reduce payroll risk and increase efficiency

• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS and related systems

• Conducting regular data audits and validation checks

You will bring:

• Must have experience in payroll processing, experience using Definitiv or similar systems an advantage

• HR Generalist experience

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn

• Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
