We are seeking a talented Creative Content Specialist to join our Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by creating engaging visual content, supporting product launches and helping shape the way our brand is presented across Australia and international markets.

 About the Role

This is a hands-on creative role where no two days are the same. Working closely with our Sales and Regulatory Affairs teams, you will help bring our brand to life through exceptional design, engaging content and creative marketing campaigns.

From designing brochures and product literature to developing social media content, digital campaigns and exhibition materials, you will play an integral role in how Whiteley is presented to customers both locally and internationally.

 What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

• Designing professional marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, flyers, presentations, product literature and advertising material.

• Creating engaging digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing and online campaigns.

• Producing compelling written content for product launches, websites, customer communications, newsletters and promotional campaigns.

• Translating technical and scientific information into engaging customer-focused marketing material.

• Developing infographics, illustrations and visual content that communicates complex information simply.

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

• Supporting new product launches through creative design and promotional activities.

• Creating content for social media and helping grow our digital presence.

• Assisting with trade shows, conferences and customer events through the development of promotional material and displays.

• Maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

• Working with external printers, designers, photographers and other creative suppliers where required.

 About You

You're someone who combines creativity with attention to detail and enjoys seeing your work make a real commercial impact.

You'll ideally bring:

• Qualifications in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in a graphic design or creative marketing role.

• A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.

• Experience creating engaging content across multiple marketing channels.

• Advanced proficiency using Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).

• Experience developing content for social media and digital marketing.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

The following would also be highly regarded:

• Experience with website content management systems.

• Photography, videography or video editing skills.

• Experience within healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing or other technical industries.

 Location:

This role is based at our Tomago manufacturing facility, located on the outskirts of Newcastle. As the site is not serviced by public transport, access to reliable private transport is essential. Onsite parking is provided.
