About the RoleThis is a phone-first sales role focused on generating new business opportunities with law firms across Australia.
You'll engage legal professionals through outbound calling, qualify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline for our Business Development Managers. Success in this role comes from your ability to build rapport quickly, ask great questions, and confidently engage decision-makers.
What You'll Be DoingProactively prospect and engage law firms through outbound phone calls, email and targeted campaignsBuild relationships with lawyers and legal professionals to understand their needs and challengesQualify opportunities and generate high-quality sales leadsSchedule product demonstrations and meetings for Business Development ManagersMaintain consistent sales activity and pipeline developmentCollaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunitiesUse CRM and digital tools to manage activity and track resultsLeverage AI and technology to improve productivity and prospect engagement
What We're Looking ForExperience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, business development or a similar phone-based sales roleStrong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makersA proven ability to build rapport and influence conversations over the phoneResilience, persistence and a results-driven mindsetStrong organisation and time management skillsCuriosity, coachability and a willingness to learnInterest in the legal, professional services or technology sectors
