Part-Time Permanent Medical Receptionist – Busy Bayside General Practice

A busy Bayside General Practice is seeking a friendly and professional permanent part-time receptionist to join our team working 15+ hours per week.

Flexibility to assist with holiday and sick leave coverage is essential.

Previous medical reception experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided to the successful applicants.

Principal Duties Include:

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional front desk service

• Answering telephones and booking appointments

• Processing patient accounts and payments

• Managing patient flow and the waiting room

• Scanning, faxing, and emailing documentation

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

• Ability to work well within a small team

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

• Well-presented, reliable, and punctual

• Enthusiastic, flexible, and positive attitude

• Strong attention to detail

Clinic Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
Saturdays and Public Holidays: 9:00am – 12:00pm
