Your Company:

We have built our reputation on an innovative range of products and dedication to our clients, supplying quality ranges of vinyl flooring solutions to flooring retailers across the state. Our clients include all major flooring retailers as well as many independents. 

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, results driven Architectural sales professional to build and manage customer accounts, who understands the nuances of driving business through strategic planning and relationship techniques. The successful applicant puts a high emphasis on implementing and driving correct flooring solutions to ensure customers and teams are meeting and exceeding their revenue targets. Professional at all times, the applicant will uphold the company values at the highest level- Accountability, Commitment, Respect, Sustainability, Collaboration, Excellence and Integrity. Reporting to the Victorian State Manager, ideally the applicant has had previous Account Management experience within the flooring industry and a strong emphasis on customer service. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing management and developmental growth of an existing portfolio across Victoria. 

• Build productive, supportive, collaborative partnerships with peers, cross-functional partnerships, senior management and key clients. 

• Demonstrate an understanding of our market, our competitors, economic indicators and industry trends, we want a forward-thinking individual to manage our existing clients. 

• Achieve objectives through effective business and account planning, setting goals, analysing data on past performance and projecting future performance. 

• High -achieving, ambitious and results oriented, your tenacious 'can -do' approach shines through at every level. 

• Have a dedication to providing excellent service and experiences to our clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.

• Innate ability to relate and influence people at all levels. 

• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse key data points. 

• Ensuring that the current customer base is serviced accordingly in accordance with internal expectations. 

• Sound knowledge of understanding within Microsoft office programs
