As Manager Clinical Coding, you'll help ensure high-quality health information supports better patient care, service planning and decision-making across the region.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Leading a high-performing coding team to deliver accurate, timely and reliable clinical data.
• Partnering with clinicians and leaders to strengthen clinical documentation and coding quality.
• Driving audits, education and improvement initiatives that lift performance and consistency.
• Building team capability and supporting innovation that delivers lasting service improvements.

You're a collaborative leader who combines technical expertise with genuine care for people. You build trust, lead with integrity and take pride in developing others. You want to make a meaningful impact by improving the quality of health information that supports better outcomes for patients and communities.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Degree qualification in Health Information Management (or equivalent) with professional membership eligibility.
• Extensive clinical coding, auditing and quality improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of activity-based funding and data quality principles.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

You'll stand out if you have recognised professional accreditation and experience leading large or multi-site coding teams.
