About the role:

This role would suit a Corporate Lawyer who wants high quality transactional work, direct partner access and a clearer pathway to progress.

You can expect to work across:

• M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and business sales
• Equity and debt capital markets, including IPOs, placements and secondary raisings
• Corporate advisory work for listed and private companies
• Joint ventures, restructures and strategic commercial arrangements
• Corporate governance, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules advice
• Legal due diligence, transaction documents and due diligence reports
• General commercial and corporate contracts

You will work closely with respected partners on quality Perth and national matters, while building the technical, client and transaction management skills needed to move up the ladder.

The ideal candidate:

• 2 to 8 years PQE in corporate law, M&A, capital markets, corporate advisory or broader commercial transactions.
• Strong drafting, legal due diligence and transaction management skills.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting corporate/commercial documents.
• Commercially minded, practical and confident working directly with clients.
• Ambitious, hands-on and keen to develop within a successful Perth corporate team.
