Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable car
Be willing to travel to our surrounding clinic locations and community activities when required
Have some flexibility to work additional weekdays when staff coverage is required
Your responsibilities will include:
Reception and general front-office duties
Answering telephone calls and assisting clients
Booking and managing appointments
General administration and data entry
Invoicing and related administrative duties
Communicating with clients, health professionals and other organisations
Assisting with community events and promotional activities
Supporting clinicians and other team members with the day-to-day running of the clinic
You will be joining a friendly, supportive and growing independent healthcare business where initiative and good work are recognised.
Pay: $28.00 per hour + superannuation
We value and reward strong performance. For the right person who demonstrates reliability, initiative and a strong contribution to the team, there will be opportunities for salary review and progression within the business.
There may also be opportunities for increased hours and further responsibilities as the business continues to grow.
We are specifically looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, confident and consistent.
Please apply only if you can reliably commit to Monday, Tuesday morning until 1:00 pm and Thursday, are comfortable with public speaking, have strong administrative skills, have your own reliable transport, and can offer some flexibility to work additional days when required.
We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to become a reliable, long-term member of the Smart Hearing Specialists team.
Please submit your resume and a short cover letter explaining why you believe you would be a good fit for this position.
