About the role
Difference
At Manage Mode, we're proud to be a Western Australian-owned NDIS Plan Management provider supporting over 4,000 participants and their networks across Australia.
Our role is simple. We help participants manage the financial and administrative side of their NDIS plans so they can focus on achieving their goals. We pride ourselves on providing responsive, knowledgeable and friendly support, while ensuring NDIS funding is managed in accordance with the Scheme's requirements.
We're a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We value respect, accountability, kindness and continuous improvement, and we're looking for someone who shares those values to join us as we continue our growth across Western Australia and Queensland primarily.
About the RoleAs a Plan Consultant, you'll become a trusted point of contact for participants, providers and support coordinators, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day management of participants' NDIS funding.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing invoices and service agreements for processing in line with NDIS requirements and participant plans

Responding to enquiries from participants, providers and support coordinators via phone and email
Liaising with providers to clarify invoice or service agreement details where required
Assisting new participants through the onboarding process
Maintaining accurate participant records and documentation
Providing friendly, professional support while helping participants understand the plan management process
Attending occasional community networking events (optional)
