As a Content Design Consultant, you'll transform complex ideas, data and business priorities into engaging visual stories across internal and external channels. Working alongside communication specialists, content creators and senior leaders, you'll create everything from executive presentations and corporate reports to social content, campaigns and major business initiatives. This is more than a traditional design role. You'll have the opportunity to explore emerging creative formats, including motion design, video and 3D visual storytelling, helping shape how IAG communicates its most important stories while building sought-after skills and a standout portfolio. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). 

What You'll Do 

• Create high-quality visual content across digital, social, employee and corporate communication channels 
• Translate complex information, data and business concepts into engaging visual stories, infographics and creative assets. 
• Design presentations, reports, submissions and thought leadership content that simplify and elevate key messages. 
• Support communication campaigns, leadership communications, events and strategic business initiatives through effective design solutions. 
• Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Affairs & Sustainability to identify opportunities to improve communication outcomes through design. 
• Champion brand consistency, accessibility and design excellence across all content and channels. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Bring 

• Experience in graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline, with a strong portfolio of creative work 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with strong presentation design skills 
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging and visually compelling content 
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, information hierarchy and user-centred design principles 
• Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and communication skills 
• Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to experiment with new ideas, formats and technologies 
• Exposure to motion graphics, animation, video editing or emerging design capabilities such as 3D animation will be highly regarded
