Location: Canning Vale WA 6155
Part-time: 25–30 hours per week over 4 weekdays
Pay: $30–$34 per hour + super, depending on experience
Flexible hours | No weekends

We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused person to join our Canning Vale team in a varied part-time role.

This position combines customer service, administration and hands-on operational work. You might be helping a customer with a quote, organising a booking, tracking a delivery, professionally packing an item or assisting with a local collection or delivery. If you enjoy working with people, staying organised and having variety in your day, this could be a great fit.

PACK & SEND provides parcel, courier, freight and professional packing solutions for businesses and individuals. Our Canning Vale Service Centre is a small, family-run business where we help customers send everything from everyday parcels to fragile, valuable and unusual items.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Operations Assistant, your day will include:

• Preparing accurate quotes using our in-house system full training provided
• Following up on quotes and converting them into bookings
• Greeting walk-in customers and assisting with counter enquiries
• Managing customer enquiries and coordinating jobs to keep things on track
• Monitoring consignments and keeping customers updated
• Professionally packing items to ensure they are protected during transport
• Assisting with local collections and deliveries when required
• Supporting the general day-to-day operation of the Service Centre

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
• Has previous customer service experience
• Is reliable, organised and detail-focused
• Enjoys helping customers and providing a high level of service
• Is confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
• Is physically able to safely lift, move and pack items as part of the role
• Has legal work rights in Australia for the required hours
• Is a safe, confident driver with a good driving record and an unrestricted Australian manual Class C driver’s licence.

Previous freight or logistics experience is not required. Full training in our systems and processes will be provided.
