SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – BUSINESS & ADVISORY - GOLD COAST - PEOPLE FIRST CULTURE CA FIRM – 85K-100K+SUPER (JOB ID 936)

Known for their “people first, numbers second” ethos and strong client retention, the firm partners with a diverse range of clients including SMEs, high‑net‑worth individuals, property and construction, hospitality and professional services sectors. You’ll join a collaborative team where strategic thinking, commercial insight and quality service are highly valued. 

The Role: 

• Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio across SMEs, high-net-worth individuals and niche industries 

• Prepare financial statements, manage tax compliance and provide tailored advisory solutions 

• Identify advisory opportunities and contribute to strategic client projects 

• Work closely with managers and partners to deliver practical, solutions-driven advice 

• Support practice growth through mentoring and guidance of junior team members 

About You: 

• 4+ years’ Australian public practice experience 

• CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion) 

• Strong technical skills across accounting, tax compliance, and advisory 

• Confident communicator with proven client relationship management 

• Experience with cloud accounting systems such as Xero, MYOB or similar 

• Commercial mindset with attention to detail and high professional standards
