The Role 

• Manage a portfolio of business services clients 

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns 

• Assist with tax planning and business advisory projects 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships 

• Mentor and support junior accountants 

• Provide technical guidance and review work where required 

• Work closely with Partners on complex client matters 

About You 

• 4+ years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm 

• CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion 

• Strong Business Services and Taxation experience 

• Proven client relationship management skills 

• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members 

• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
