INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT – TAX & BUSINESS SERVICES - MID NORTH COAST NSW – ESTABLISHED MULTI-OFFICE FIRM -$75K–$90K + SUPER (JOB ID 1542)

Our client, is a well-established and growing accounting and advisory firm with 35 staff across three offices in Taree, Laurieton and Forster. With a team of six Partners and a strong support network including an offshore team, the firm delivers accounting, tax, bookkeeping and financial planning services to a diverse client base.  

The Role: 

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across tax and business services  

• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for various entity types  

• Handle BAS, IAS and liaise with the ATO on client matters  

• Support clients with tax planning and general business advisory  

• Work closely with Partners and senior team members on complex matters  

• Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and client structures  

About You: 

• Degree qualified in Accounting or related discipline  

• 2–4 years’ experience in public practice / business services  

• CA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards  

• Strong technical skills and experience with cloud-based accounting systems  

• Ability to manage deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail  

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach  

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to grow your career
