This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Senior Accountant who enjoys client interaction, mentoring junior team members and developing beyond traditional compliance work into broader advisory responsibilities. 

The Role: 

• Manage and service your own portfolio of business advisory clients 

• Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns across a range of entities 

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact 

• Provide taxation and business advisory support to clients 

• Liaise with the ATO and other external stakeholders 

• Assist clients with business growth, operational and financial matters 

• Mentor and support junior team members 

• Contribute to advisory projects and value-add client initiatives 

• Work closely with leadership on client strategy and engagement delivery 

• Utilise modern cloud-based accounting systems and technology solutions 

About You: 

• 4+ years of previous experience within Australian public practice accounting 

• CA or CPA qualified or nearing completion 

• Strong technical knowledge across taxation and business services 

• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns 

• Proficiency with Xero and cloud-based accounting platforms 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

• Client-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset 

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 

• Positive, collaborative and team-oriented approach 

• Passion for ongoing learning, development and career progression
