The Role: 

• Manage a portfolio of business services and taxation clients 

• Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns 

• Provide advice across Div 7A, CGT, GST and FBT matters 

• Work closely with clients to deliver proactive business and taxation solutions 

• Review work prepared by junior accountants 

• Coach, mentor and support developing team members 

• Delegate workflow and monitor team performance 

• Ensure client deadlines and compliance obligations are met 

• Identify process improvements and efficiencies 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor 

About You: 

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business 

• CA or CPA qualified, or currently completing 

• 4+ years' experience within Australian public practice 

• Previous experience managing client relationships and workflows 

• Supervisory or mentoring experience highly regarded 

• Strong technical taxation and compliance knowledge 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Strong organisational and time management abilities 

• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams 

• Professional, collaborative and client-focused approach
